The Community Fund helps Breakwater research, develop, and launch innovative community building initiatives based on our core belief that providing a diverse, equitable and inclusive education and workplace for all our community members is an integral part of fulfilling our mission. Contributions to the Community Fund help to provide:
new guest speakers and consultants to support the professional development of our faculty, staff, and administration;
initial expenses for new staff roles that support the needs of our children and families;
community building events for both our Day School and Enrichment Center families;
support for Breakwater’s DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programming and efforts.
